How to return an item

Step 1

Contact us

Email us at thefloristwrapshop@decowraps.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if applicable. Our team will get back to you to guide you through the process.

Step 2

Receive your RA number

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Write this clearly on the outside of your return package. Returns without a valid RA number may not be processed.

Step 3

Ship your return

Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable and insured shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please follow the return process above to send back the original item, then place a new order for the product you want. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or defective items

Received something damaged or defective? Contact us immediately at thefloristwrapshop@decowraps.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required in these cases.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: customised or personalised products and final sale items. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.
