Shipping & Delivery – The Florist Wrap Shop

We are committed to ensuring your flower packaging reaches you safely and on time. Everything you need to know about processing, shipping costs, delivery times, and tracking is below.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Dutch public holidays. Orders placed on a business day before 11:00 are usually shipped the same day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Delivery times start after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Trusted carriers: We work with trusted carriers and select the most suitable shipping method for each order, based on your location and the size of your shipment.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs depend on your delivery zone. Free shipping is applied automatically once your order reaches the threshold for your zone.

Shipping holidays: Shipping carriers may observe public holidays, which can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have an account with us, you can also track your order via the Order History section in your account.
Shipping address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please note that delivery instructions such as an alternative drop-off location are not forwarded to the carrier.

Duties & customs

UK, Switzerland & Norway customers: You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.
Important for UK orders: We only ship to private customers (B2C) in the UK for orders above £135. For business customers (B2B) with a valid UK VAT number, this minimum does not apply.

Delivery issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery — including damaged, missing, or incorrect items — contact our customer support team at thefloristwrapshop@decowraps.com as soon as possible. We will work quickly to resolve any problems. For damaged items, please include your order number and clear photos.
