Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to ensuring your flower wraps reach you safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery policies below:

1. Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and Dutch public holidays). Orders placed on a business day before 11:00 are usually shipped the same day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that delivery times (see point 5) start after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Methods:

We work with trusted carriers and select the most suitable shipping method for each order. This ensures reliable and efficient delivery based on your location and the nature of the shipment.

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping is free on all orders within the EU. Outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway and the UK) the following rates apply:

- 0 – 10 kg: €10.00
- 11 – 20 kg: €15.00
- 21 kg and up: €20.00
- Free shipping on orders of €400.00 and up

4. Shipping Area & Duties:

We ship within Europe, including Norway, the UK, and Switzerland. Please note that customers in Norway, the UK, and Switzerland are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.

5. Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and apply once the order has been dispatched.

After processing (see point 1), your order is transferred to the shipping provider. From that moment, transit times are as follows:

- BeNeLux: typically 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Within the rest of Europe: usually 2–7 working days after dispatch

Please note that these are estimated transit times. Factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or carrier delays, may affect the actual delivery date.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have an account with us, you can also track your order via the "Order History" section.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Delivery Issues:

9. Shipping Holidays:

Shipping carriers may observe holidays, which can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
